Monique Marculano

Monique Marculano began his dance career in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary and studied with many renowned teachers from all over Brazil and the School of Dance St. Petersburg-Russia. Monique was coached by Jaime Arôxa in styles: Gafieira Samba, Zouk, Bolero, Forro, Tango and Salsa. Participated in TV shows, movies and soap operas as a dancer and choreographer.
Together with his dance partner Lidio Freitas they were certified by renowned dancer Jaime Aroxa, whose dance company they were a part of. The couple are professionals in Brazilian Zouk, Samba de Gafieira, Bolero, Tango, Salsa, Rock and Forró. Recognized internationally for their style and professionalism, they have participated in several workshops and congresses in Brazil, Australia, the US, New Zeland, Argentina, Poland, Czech Republic and Germany. Today, Lidio and Monique run their own dance school in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
